Ola Lorentzon, age 76, has served as a director since June 2017 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee since April 2024. He was Principal Executive Officer of Golden Ocean Group Limited from 2010 to 2015, CEO of Frontline Management AS from 2000 to 2003, and CEO of ICB Shipping from 1986 to 2000. He is also Director and Chairman of Frontline plc.
Nikolai Grigoriev, age 51, has been a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee since September 2017. He was Managing Director, Shipping at Gazprom Marketing & Trading from 2008 to 2016 and held senior roles at BG Group and Merrill Lynch. He holds a B.Sc. in Navigation from Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy and an MBA from INSEAD.
Steen Jakobsen, age 61, has been a director since March 2021 and joined Limus Capital as Partner in 2024. He was Chief Investment Officer at Saxo Bank from 2000 and founder of Saxo Bank's Outrageous Predictions. His prior experience includes roles at Swiss Bank Corp, Citibank, Chase Manhattan, UBS, and as Global Head of Trading at Christiania (now Nordea). He holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
Susan Lynn Sakmar, age 59, has been a director and Chairman of the ESG Committee since September 2022. She is a licensed attorney in California with an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. Her career spans over 25 years in legal, corporate, and non-profit sectors, including positions at a San Francisco law firm, Chevron, and the Jane Goodall Institute. She is a Visiting Law Professor at the University of Houston Law Center and author of a book on LNG.
Mikkel Storm Weum, age 39, has been a director since May 2025. He is Investment Director at Seatankers Management AS, responsible for Sale and Purchase, Newbuildings, and Projects. Since 2018, he has served as Senior Vice President, Business Development at SFL Management AS and was previously Vice President, Head of Commercial at Teekay Offshore. He is also a director of Star Bulk Carriers Corp. He holds a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture from Newcastle University and an MSc in Shipping Trade and Finance from Cass Business School.
Halfdan Marius Foss, age 57, is CEO of Flex LNG Management AS and Principal Executive Officer of FLEX LNG Ltd. He joined as Chief Commercial Officer in August 2018, served as Interim CEO from March 2025, and became CEO in December 2025. His prior roles include Senior Vice President, Head of Shipping at Golar Management Ltd and Cool Pool Ltd, and Chartering Manager at Frontline Management AS. He holds a diploma in Shipping from the London School of Foreign Trade and a degree as a Merchant Navy deck officer from Stord/Haugesund University College.
Knut Traaholt, age 48, is Chief Financial Officer of Flex LNG Management AS and Principal Financial Officer of FLEX LNG Ltd. He joined in May 2021 and has approximately 15 years of experience.
