He previously established several educational institutions and serves on the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference as well as a director at the Long-Spring Institute of Learning and Human Development of Tsinghua University. Zhang holds a bachelor's degree in accounting (2006) and an MBA (2012) from Kunming University of Science and Technology and is pursuing a doctorate in education at Tsinghua University.
Tommy Zhou, age 37, has been Director since December 2021 and Chief Financial Officer since October 2021, after serving as joint CFO beginning in September 2021. He previously held senior roles at Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd., China Innovative Capital Management Ltd., Sunshine Asset Management Corporation Limited, and The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. Zhou holds a bachelor's degree in Economic History from the University of British Columbia (2010) and an MBA from The George Washington University (2014).
Pengwei Luo, age 48, has been a Director since May 2021. He founded and manages Spring River Greater China Fund and supervises Ten Asset Management Limited. Luo was formerly a portfolio manager at Yinhua Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd., and a project manager at Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited. He holds a master's degree in economics from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (2001).
Guangzhou Zhao, age 70, has served as an Independent Director since March 2021. He is a professor at Kunming University of Science and Technology and has been an independent director at Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd. and Kunming Horti-Expo Garden Co., Ltd. Zhao was president of Kunming University of Science and Technology Oxbridge College and held various academic administrative roles. He holds a bachelor's degree from Yunnan Institute of Technology (1982) and a master's degree from the System Science Institute of China Science Academy (1988).
Yuanlin Hu, age 53, has been an Independent Director since March 2021. He is a professor of management and economics and a PhD supervisor at Kunming University of Science and Technology.
