Stuart Simpson, age 58, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member, having been CEO since May 2024 and a board member since November 2024. He previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer from September 2023. Before joining the company, Simpson was Group Chief Financial Officer at Avast and held interim CEO, CFO, and COO roles at Royal Mail. His experience also includes positions in the automotive industry with General Motors and Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Car Company.
John Maloney, age 44, is Principal Financial and Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance. He joined the company in July 2021. Prior to this, Maloney spent 16 years at Vodafone in various finance and technology leadership roles, most recently serving as Commercial Finance Director from September 2019 to July 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Banking and Finance from Cardiff University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Dómhnal Slattery, age 59, is Chairman and has been a board member since January 2025. He previously served as Chairman from January 2022 to August 2023. Slattery is an aviation and investment leader, Chairman of Clahane Capital, and founder of Avolon and SMBC Aviation. He also founded Innovate for Ireland and has received the 2023 ISTAT Award and the 2016 Outstanding Contribution to the Aviation Industry award.
Ben Story, age 57, has been a board member since April 2024. He is Chair of Digital Catapult and a Venture Partner at New Vista Capital. From 2016 to 2021, Story was on the Executive Leadership Team at Rolls-Royce Holdings plc, overseeing strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, government relations, communications, customer services, and digitalization. He also served as a Board Member of Transport for London from 2016 to 2023.
