resellers, office furniture dealers, mass merchandisers, mail order companies,
sanitary supply, paper and foodservice distributors, drug and grocery store
chains, healthcare distributors, oil field, welding supply and industrial/MRO
distributors, automotive aftermarket dealers and wholesalers, and other independent
distributors.
To help its reseller-customers unlock their full potential, Essendant leverages
its common platform which comprises an extensive national distribution and logistics
network, enhanced digital solutions, print marketing tools, broad product portfolio,
and the Company’s long-standing industry expertise and dedicated support
team with intimate knowledge of what customers need and how the industry works.
Many of the Company’s resellers have online capabilities. The Company
also operates CPO Commerce which sells tools and do-it-yourself equipment online
