Officers & Directors
The executive officers are responsible for managing and mitigating material risks, including cybersecurity risks. Cybersecurity oversight is led by the Chief Data Officer, who reports to the Chief Executive Officer and has extensive information technology experience. The Company has established a Cyber Committee, initially composed of the Chief Data Officer, General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Accounting Officer, and additional management members as designated by the Committee. This Committee assesses cybersecurity incidents to determine their materiality for disclosure and coordinates with senior management and legal counsel. Management provides regular updates to the Audit Committee and the Board on cybersecurity risks and the cybersecurity program, with procedures in place to ensure timely escalation of significant incidents.
