Jon Erik Reinhardsen has served as Chair of the Board and Chair of the Compensation and Executive Development Committee of Equinor ASA since September 1, 2017. He holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Geophysics from the University of Bergen. Reinhardsen was CEO of Petroleum Geo-Services from 2008 to 2017 and previously held executive positions at Alcoa Inc. and the Aker Kværner group. Anne Drinkwater has been Deputy Chair of the Board, Chair of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Safety, Sustainability and Ethics Committee since July 1, 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Brunel University London. Drinkwater was CEO of bp Canada from 2009 to 2012 and has extensive international experience in the oil and gas industry. Finn Bjørn Ruyter has been a Board member, Chair of the Safety, Sustainability and Ethics Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee since July 1, 2019. He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU and an MBA from BI Norwegian School of Management. Ruyter has been CEO of Hafslund AS since 2012 and has held various leadership roles in energy companies including Elkem and Norsk Hydro.
