Ryan Rhodes, age 64, serves as Chief Executive Officer. Sanket Shah, age 43, appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in September 2025, has over 15 years of legal and business leadership experience, including positions at Paragon 28, Inc., ViewRay, and other regulated industries. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio State University and a J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
