Geert R. Kersten, Esq., age 67, serves as Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Treasurer of CEL-SCI. He has been with the company since 1987 and has held his current leadership roles since 1995. Kersten has over 30 years of experience in cancer immunotherapy, finance, and law. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting, an M.B.A. from George Washington University, and a J.D. from American University.
Patricia B. Prichep, age 74, is Chief Financial and Operations Officer and Corporate Secretary at CEL-SCI. She joined the company in 1992 and has held various operational roles, becoming Chief Financial and Operations Officer in November 2024. Prichep has more than 35 years of experience in business operations and administration and holds a B.A. from the University of Bridgeport.
Dr. Eyal Talor, age 69, is Chief Scientific Officer, a position he has held since October 2009 after joining CEL-SCI in 1993. He is a clinical immunologist with over 30 years of experience in clinical research and drug development for immunotherapy. His expertise includes biopharmaceutical research and development, GMP manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory submissions. Talor has authored over 25 publications and previously worked at CBL, Inc., SRA Technologies, Inc., and The Johns Hopkins University.
