Yosef (Yos) Shiran, born March 26, 1962, has served as Chief Executive Officer since March 2022 and previously held the position from January 2009 to August 2016. He is co-founder and CEO of SENSEQ Ltd., founder and Chairman of Elight Ltd., and co-founder and chairman of Inflow Ltd. Shiran was CEO and director of Tefron Ltd. (NYSE: TFR) from 2001 to 2008 and CEO of Technoplast Industries Ltd. from 1995 to 2000. He holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
Nahum Trost, born September 24, 1978, has been Chief Financial Officer since September 2021 and was previously Director of Finance since 2014. He has over 20 years of financial experience, including roles at Lumenis Ltd. and as a CPA with Ernst & Young. Trost holds a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting from Haifa University and a master's degree in business economics from Technion.
David Cullen, born April 10, 1959, has been Managing Director, APAC since May 2019. He served as CEO of Caesarstone Australia from 2010 to 2019 and held various CEO roles in Australian companies from 1996 to 2010. Cullen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
Kobi Brenner, born April 26, 1973, has been President of Caesarstone US since October 2025 and was previously CFO of Caesarstone US from December 2023. He served as CFO of Energix from 2022 to 2023 and CFO of Master Meter from 2013 to 2021. Brenner was a CPA with KPMG from 1999 to 2004 and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting.
