Officers & Directors
Michael Minnick, age 60, has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2023. He co-founded IIG Holdings and Opus Music II LLC and has held leadership positions at Target Global Acquisition I Corp., CIIG Capital Partners II, Inc. (now Zapp Electric Vehicles, Inc.), CIIG Merger Corp., and Interlink Investment Group. His background includes investment banking and corporate finance roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, and AT&T. He holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.A. from The University of St. Thomas.
Richard Chera, age 51, is Chairman of the Board of Directors and has been a board member since September 2020. He served as Crown’s CEO from September 2020 to January 2023, co-founded Crown Acquisitions Inc., and has been CEO of First Mile Capital since 2022. He is also a co-founder of ReWyre® and serves on various nonprofit boards. He attended The Sanno Institute and New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Melissa “Lisa” Holladay, age 58, has been a Director since February 2021. She has been Chief Experience Officer of TIGER 21 since April 2020. Previously, she was Global Brand Leader for Marriott International’s luxury brands from 2016 to 2020 and Vice President, Global Brand Marketing for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 2012 to 2016. Before Marriott, she was National Manager of Experiential Marketing at Mercedes-Benz USA.
