Neil Aaronson, age 52, serves as the Principal Executive Officer and has been the CEO of Hilco Real Estate LLC since 2008. He was Executive Vice President of Hilco Global from 2006 to 2008. His prior experience includes positions at Cendant Corporation and ING Barings. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Larry Finger, age 72, is the Principal Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Hilco Real Estate LLC. He was a consultant to the company from April 2020 until his appointment. Previously, he was President of Strategic Advisory, Inc. from 2008 to 2020, CFO of Federal Realty Investment Trust from 2002 to 2007, and CFO of 57 Washington Real Estate Investment Trust from 1993 to 2001. He also held senior management roles at Savage/Fogarty Companies, Inc. Finger served on the Board of Directors of American Assets Trust from 2011 to 2019. He holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed CPA in Maryland and admitted to the District of Columbia Bar.
