Moller-Maersk, Commercial Director at Costamare Shipping, Commercial Director at Ship Finance International, and various leadership roles at A.P. Moeller Maersk. He holds a Master’s Degree of Law from University of Copenhagen and has completed leadership programs at London Business School, Stanford University, and CCL Colorado. Dimitrios Sofianopoulos, age 59, is a Class I Director with over 35 years of shipping experience, including 18 years with the Costamare group. He studied law in Greece and the UK, qualified as a Greek and UK lawyer, and was an equity partner at an international law firm. He has worked with banks, private equity, and shipowners on numerous shipping transactions. He is a director of Neptune Maritime Leasing Limited, a subsidiary of Costamare Inc. He holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Bayes Business School, an LL.M. from Queen Mary College, and an LL.B. from Aristotelion University of Thessaloniki. Katerina Eleftheriou, age 49, is a Class III Director and has been determined to be independent under NYSE and SEC standards. Dimitris Pagratis, age 51, serves as Chief Financial Officer. Anastassios Gabrielides, age 61, serves as General Counsel and Secretary.
