Seamus Lagan, age 55, serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Director. He was appointed CEO, President, and Director on November 2, 2015, and CEO and Director of Medytox Solutions, Inc. on September 15, 2014. He has served as Interim CFO at various times between 2016 and 2019 and has held the Interim CFO position since May 10, 2019. Mr. Lagan has been a consultant to Medytox since May 2011 and manager of Alcimede LLC since 2007, providing consulting services. He is also CEO of most subsidiaries of the Company through Alcimede Limited. He became a Director of FOXO Technologies Inc. in September 2024 and CEO of FOXO on December 5, 2024. He graduated from Ballymena Technical College in 1989. Gary L. Blum, age 84, has been a Director since October 11, 2017. He established the Law Offices of Gary L. Blum in 1986 and has served as counsel to various companies for over 30 years. Previously, he was a tenured philosophy professor at the University of Nebraska, Omaha. From 2009 to 2017, he was Chairman, CEO, and CFO of Thunderclap Entertainment, Inc. (now TraqIQ, Inc.). He served as Chairman of Diamond Wellness Holdings, Inc. from 2015 to 2023 and CEO from 2015 to 2017. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Loras College, an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Southern California. He has been a member of the California State Bar since 1979. Trevor Langley, age 62, has been a Director since April 9, 2017, and a Director of FOXO Technologies Inc. since September 2024. Since 2006, he has been Owner and Managing Partner of Avanti Capital Group LLC/Avanti Partners, LLC, which assists micro, small, and mid-cap public companies, specializing in healthcare and alternative-energy markets. There are no family relationships among the executive officers and directors.
