Richard Tyrrell, age 51, has served as Chief Executive Officer since July 2022 and as a Director since November 2023. He has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, including positions as CEO and CFO of Höegh LNG Partners LP and Chief Development Officer of Höegh LNG AS. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine.
Johannes P. Boots, age 62, has been Chief Financial Officer since April 2022. He has more than 30 years of senior financial management experience in the energy sector, with previous roles at Pacific Drilling S.A., Global Industries, Newpark Resources, Noble Corporation, and Neddrill. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Alkmaar and completed the Executive Advanced Management Program at INSEAD Business School.
Cyril Ducau, age 46, has been Chairman of the Board and CEO of Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte. Ltd. since February 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in shipping and finance. Ducau is also Chairman of Kenon Holdings Ltd. and serves on the boards of the Singapore Maritime Foundation and Gard P&I (Bermuda) Ltd. He previously worked as Vice President at Morgan Stanley & Co. International Ltd. He holds a Master of Science in business administration and a Diplom Kaufmann from ESCP Europe Business School.
Peter Anker, age 67, was appointed as a director in February 2022.
