Bing Zhang, age 58, serves as Director (Chairman), Chief Executive Officer, and interim Chief Finance Officer. He was appointed chairman, director, and CEO in February 2020, has been chairman of CHEER Group since 2019, CEO of Horgos and Xing Cui Can since 2016, and interim CFO since July 2022. Previously, he was Vice President of Trends Group and Chairman and General Manager of Trends Star (Beijing) Cultural Media Co., Ltd. from 2011 to 2016. He holds an EMBA from Tsinghua SEM and a Bachelor's degree from Hunan University.
Jia Lu, age 45, is Director and Senior Vice President of Glory Star Media (Beijing) Co., Ltd. He became director in February 2020 and has held various director and senior vice president roles at Glory Star Media and related companies since 2016. From 2011 to 2016, he was Vice General Manager at Trends Star (Beijing) Cultural Media Co., Ltd. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Beijing Film Academy.
Ke Chen, age 47, has been an Independent Director since September 2020. He is a partner at Beijing Chang-An Law Firm since 2017 and served as deputy director of its financial securities department from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, he was an associate at Hogan Lovells starting in 2004. He holds an LLB (2002) and LLM (2003) from the University of Buckingham.
Zhihong Tan, age 58, has served as an Independent Director since April 2022. He is vice president of Hunan Renjian Enterprise Group since 2014. His previous roles include manager of Hunan Foreign-funded Enterprise Materials Company (1992–2000), general manager of Hunan Tianlai Village Culture and Entertainment Company (2000–2010), and general manager of Tianfu Real Estate Company (2010–2013). He holds a bachelor's degree in Price Theory from Hunan University of Finance and Economics and an ACCA international certified public accountant certificate.
Yong Li, age 56, has been an Independent Director since February 2020. He is deputy director of the Intelligent Communication Commission of China TV Artists Association (CTAA), partner of Chengmei Capital, and chairman of Guyuan Culture since June 2019. From 2014 to 2018, he was Chief Inspector and General Manager of Dragon TV Center, Oriental Entertainment Media Group Co., Ltd., and from 2011 to 2014, general manager of Shanghai New Media & Entertainment Co. LTD. He holds a master's degree in business from China Europe International Business School (2006) and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Communication University of China (1991).
