Wong Wah On Edward, age 62, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed director in April 2015 and assumed the roles of Chairman, President, and CEO in August 2016. His previous positions include director of Feishang Anthracite, financial controller, secretary, and chief financial officer of the Company. Zhu Youyi, age 45, has been Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary since July 2020. He joined the Company in 2009 and has experience in accounting, internal audit, and compliance. Prior to joining, he worked at an international certified public accounting firm. Zhu holds a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Lam Kwan Sing, age 56, has been a Non-employee Director since December 2004 and serves on various committees. He has been an independent non-executive director of Summit Ascent Holdings Limited and Aceso Life Science Group, and CEO and executive director of SFund International Holdings Ltd. Lam holds a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong.
