Mikkel Gleerup serves as Chief Executive Officer and Peter Brogaard Hansen as Chief Financial Officer of Cadeler. Both executives have service contracts that provide a 12-month notice period if terminated by the company, with a provision allowing termination upon one month's notice in cases of long-term illness. They may resign with six months' notice. Neither executive is entitled to severance pay beyond the provisions of the Danish Salaried Employees Act. Both are subject to noncompetition clauses lasting 12 months after employment ends, during which they receive 60% of their remuneration, subject to reduction if they commence new business activities or employment.
