Lei Zhang is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Beijing Cheche Technology Co., Ltd., which he founded. He has served as CEO since the company's inception and was chairman of CCT from September 2018. Since September 2023, he has also been CEO and chairman of Cheche Group Inc. His previous roles include CEO of CloudPower Technology Co., Ltd. (2010–2014), executive vice president of Datang Capital Co., Ltd. (2008–2010), and senior manager at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (2001–2006). He holds a bachelor's degree from Wuhan University of Technology and a master's degree from the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.
Wenting Ji has been Chief Financial Officer since February 2024. Her prior positions include CFO of Xiaoyezi Music Technology Group (2022–2023), CFO and director of Quhuo Limited (Nasdaq: QH) (2019–2022), CFO of Delsk Group (2017–2018), vice president of finance at Yoyi Digital (2012–2017), and financial reporting director at Fang Holdings Limited (NYSE: SFUN) (2007–2012). She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in economics from Nankai University and is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Yanjun Liu has served as Chief Operating Officer since February 2024 and was vice president since 2018. Previously, she was finance director at Dayanghuida Science and Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (2014–2018), assistant finance general manager at Anbang Insurance Group Co., Ltd. (2009–2014), and financial accountant at Shanxi Guoxing Energy Co., Ltd. (2004–2009). She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Beijing Jiaotong University.
Jianxiang Zhou has been Chief Technology Officer since March 2015 and was a director of CCT from 2021 to 2023. His earlier roles include CTO of CloudPower Technology Co., Ltd. (2011–2015), senior manager at Potevio Institution of Information and Technology Co., Ltd. (2006–2011), and software engineer at Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd. (2004–2006). He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in agricultural electrical engineering and automation from Northeast Agricultural University.
Ting Lin has been Chief Strategy Officer since October 2018. He previously served as vice president at BlackRock Inc. (2013–2018), senior manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2010–2013), and senior modeling associate at GEICO (2009–2010). He holds dual bachelor's degrees in applied mathematics and finance from the University of Maryland and a master's degree in statistics from Columbia University.
Huichuan Ren has been a director of CCT since July 2021 and a director of the company since September 2023 following the Business Combination.
