President of the Company since January 2008, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company since February 2015. Adam Chase was the Chief Operating Officer of the
Company from February 2007 to February 2015.
Peter R. Chase
Chairman of the Board of the Company since February 2007, and Executive Chairman
of the Company since February 2015. Peter Chase was the Chief Executive Officer
of the Company from September 1993 to February 2015. Peter Chase is the father
of Adam Chase.
Kenneth J. Feroldi
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company since September 2014. Previously
Director of Finance for the Company, prior to which he served as Vice President
– Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NEPTCO, Inc. from
1992 until 2012, when NEPTCO was acquired by the Company.
