Burlington Stores Inc's Comment on Supply Chain


The company sources merchandise primarily through six distribution centers located in Edgewater Park, New Jersey; Burlington, New Jersey; Logan, New Jersey; San Bernardino, California; Redlands, California; and Riverside, California. These centers shipped over 99% of merchandise units to stores in Fiscal 2025. The remaining merchandise units are drop shipped directly by vendors to stores. The distribution centers collectively occupy 5,135,000 square feet and provide processing, shipping, and storage capabilities. In Fiscal 2023, the company entered into a lease with a purchase option for an additional distribution center. The company negotiates terms with suppliers to manage costs and utilizes its off-price buying experience to support store traffic.
