Mark Davis has served as Chief Executive Officer and Board member since 2023. His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer of Coffee & Bagel Brands, Chief Executive Officer of Tokyo Joe's, Chief Operating Officer at Breckenridge Brewery, and Vice President of Operations at Panera Bread Co. He holds an MBA from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University.
Rodd Booth has been Chief Financial Officer since October 2020. Prior to this, he was Assurance Senior Manager at Aldrich CPA+ Advisors LLP and Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Linfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
Clay Geyer has been Chief Operating Officer since January 2025. He was previously Vice President of Operations at Black Rock Coffee and a franchisee from 2016 to 2021.
Robert Kaufmann has served as Chief Development Officer since January 2025, having been Vice President of Development since 2015. He holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Umpqua Community College and a Bachelor of Applied Science from University of Phoenix.
Jessica Wegener-Beyer has been Chief Marketing Officer since April 2024. She was formerly Chief Marketing Officer at eegee’s and Senior Director of Marketing at True Food Kitchen. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University.
Samuel Seiberling has served as Chief Legal Officer since January 2025. Previously, he was a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. He holds a Juris Doctor from University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Biophysical Chemistry from Dartmouth College.
Will MacIntosh has been Chief People and Investor Relations Officer since April 2025. His prior roles include Vice President of Operations Services at Coffee & Bagel Brands, Director of Learning and Technology at MOOYAH Burgers, Fries and Shakes, and Director of Field Training at Applebee’s.
Derek Tonn has served as Chief Information Officer since December 2025. He was previously Senior Vice President of IT & Analytics at Black Rock Coffee, President and Chief Executive Officer at Roaster Coffee LLC, and Senior Financial Specialist at Battelle Memorial Institute. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Washington State University.
