Paulo R. Bonifacio, age 61, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since February 2025 and as President since October 2022. He has been President of BR Brands S.A. since December 2020 and has over six years of experience in the dry foods goods industry. Previously, he was CEO of Araxa Metais S.A. from 2015 to 2017 and founded Bonifacio Logistics, serving as CEO from 1994 to 2007, during which he led mergers with GATX and Tegma and Tegma's initial public offering.
Leonardo Pucci Burti, age 44, has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2024. He holds an engineering degree from Instituto Maua de Tecnologia and has 15 years of finance experience. His prior roles include CEO of HSM Consulting (2019–2023), CFO of Credit Brasil FIDC Multisetorial (2014–2019), and head of finance and CEO of Editora Gráficos Burti (1999–2014).
Joel A. Gallo, age 54, has been a Director since October 2023 and resides in China. He is Chief Financial Officer of HD EDU since February 2023 and serves on the boards of Hywin Wealth Management Co. Ltd., International Technical Holdings Corporation, and is an independent director nominee of Good Faith Technology. His previous positions include CFO of CoinTiger (2022–2023), CFO of ETAO International Group (2021–2022), CEO of Columbia China League Business Advisory Co. (2019–2021), and co-founder and principal of GLS Group LLC (2013–2018). He holds a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University, a master's degree in international relations from Tufts University, and a master of public administration from Columbia University.
Jacques Benoliel, age 64, has been a Director since May 2024 and resides in Spain. He has over 30 years of experience in information technology and innovation and has been founder and CEO of Distrisave, an automation and artificial intelligence services company, since 2020.
