His prior leadership experience includes roles at Banpu, Kalnin Ventures, Level 3 Communications, PTT Exploration, McKinsey & Company, and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds an HBA in Finance from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. David R. Tameron, age 58, has been Chief Financial Officer since April 2025. He previously served as Vice President of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations at the company and held positions at Wells Fargo & Company. He earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA in Finance from Arizona State University. Eric S. Jacobsen, age 55, has been President — Upstream since February 2025 and is a board member of the BKV-BPP Power Joint Venture. He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer of the company and Kalnin Ventures and held senior roles at Extraction Oil & Gas, Noble Energy, and BP and its heritage companies. He holds a BS in Environmental Engineering and an MS in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech University. Barry S. Turcotte, age 55, has been Chief Accounting Officer since December 2022 and was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crestone Peak Resources.
