Haimei Wu, age 44, serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Baide Suzhou Medical Co., Ltd. She co-founded the company in 2012 and has held her current roles since 2021. Wu has over 20 years of experience in the medical devices industry, with a specialty in anesthesia from Henan Province Xinyang Weisheng School and advanced studies completed at Tsinghua University.
Wei Hou, age 56, is a Director responsible for business development and management. He has more than 28 years of experience in management and sales within the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Hou holds an associate’s degree in thermal engineering from Chongqing University, a diploma in economics from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.
Quan Qiu, age 33, is a Director and Chief Administrative Officer overseeing supervision and coordination of operations. She has been with Baide Suzhou since 2013 and holds a degree in medicine operation and management from Guangdong Food and Drug Vocational College.
Rongjian Lu, age 60, serves as Chief Technical Officer and Deputy General Manager. Jie Li, age 39, is the Acting Chief Financial Officer.
