Officers & Directors
The executive officers of Bancorp 34 and the Bank are Ciaran McMullan, age 56, Chief Executive Officer; Chris Webster, age 72, President of the Bank; and Paul Tees, age 55, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank. Paul Tees has held his current position since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Credit Officer of Commerce Bank of Arizona before its merger with Bank 34. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial finance and banking in Arizona, with previous roles at BMO Private Bank, National Bank of Arizona, U.S. Bank, and BBVA Compass. His experience includes credit administration, commercial real estate lending, commercial lending, and wealth management. Before joining Commerce Bank of Arizona in 2019, he was Chief Financial Officer of Kiernan Family Holdings, where he managed debt facilities for a $400 million real estate portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Ciaran McMullan and Chris Webster also serve on the board of directors. Employment agreements are in place for all named executive officers, including a two-year term agreement for Mr. McMullan beginning April 1, 2024.
