Ball Board Declares Quarterly Dividend; Elects New Officers
WESTMINSTER, Colo., Jan. 24, 2024 - Ball Corporation (NYSE: BALL) announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of 20 cents per share. Shareholders of record as of March 1, 2024, will be eligible for the dividend payment, which is set to be made on March 15, 2024. The declaration of dividend highlights the company s commitment to distributing profits to its shareholders while ensuring the growth and stability of the business.
In addition to the dividend announcement, Ball Corporation s board also elected three existing members to officer positions. The names and roles of the newly elected officers are yet to be disclosed. This move reflects the board s confidence in the capabilities and expertise of these individuals in contributing to the continued success of the company.
