Mr. Paup has more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industries, having held executive positions at Honeywell Aerospace and Rockwell Collins before joining Arotech. He has an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
2. Kelli L. Kellar - CFO
Ms. Kellar joined Arotech in 2017, bringing over 25 years of financial leadership experience in public companies. She previously served as CFO at Accretive Health (now R1 RCM) and Press Ganey Associates. She has an MBA from the University of Michigan.
3. Yaakov Har-Oz - COO
Mr. Har-Oz has been with Arotech since 1998, and has held various leadership positions in the company's simulation and training division. He has an engineering degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
