Liew Kok Leong, aged 52, serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He has been with the company since its inception, overseeing business direction, development, finance, and corporate strategy. He holds a BSc with Distinction in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from The Robert Gordon University (1996) and an MSc in Communication Systems from University of Wales Swansea (1998). Liew has over 20 years of experience in IT, manufacturing, telecommunication, property development, and venture capital investment. He was redesignated from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director on December 7, 2023, and resigned as Non-Executive Director of Ageson Berhad on March 22, 2024. He received the Master Entrepreneur Award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Award 2020 and has been a registered Professional Technologist and Graduate Engineer in Malaysia since 2022.
Ng Kok Wah, aged 47, is the Chief Financial Officer and Director. He graduated from ACCA in 2022 and has been a registered chartered accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2003. He holds a Capital Market Services Representative License in financial planning from the Securities Commission Malaysia since 2018. Ng has over 20 years of experience in accounting and auditing, including work at an accounting firm and Morison Anuarul Azizan Chew & Co., where he handled audits for listed and private companies, including banks and insurance companies.
Khor Chin Meng, aged 53, is an Independent Director. He earned his ACCA professional degree in 1998 and became a fellow member in 2005. Khor has over 20 years of experience in finance and auditing. He began his career as an auditor junior at Singam & Yong in 1996, founded Weld Asia Advisory Sdn. Bhd. and Weld Asia Corporate Advisory Sdn. Bhd. in 2010, and has been a director of Portable Power Products (M) Sdn. Bhd. since 2015. He joined the board of Annum Berhad as an independent director in December 2020 and ARB Berhad in January 2019.
Yuen Ya Ting, aged 45, is an Independent Director with experience in corporate secretarial, governance, and regulatory compliance. She worked at secretarial firms in Kuala Lumpur from 2001 to 2007, including FKO Corporate Services Sdn Bhd and XL Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, managing portfolios of approximately 150 to 170 corporate clients. From 2007 to 2009, she worked in the corporate division of YTL Corporation Berhad, a publicly listed company.
