The company provides services to tenants, licensees, and other payers primarily within the communications real estate sector. As of December 31, 2025, the communications real estate portfolio included sites across the U.S. and Canada, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and Latin America, with additional urban telecommunications assets in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Spain, as well as other property interests in Canada and the United States. The company operates 30 data center facilities across eleven U.S. markets.
