Na Gai, age 38, serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors. She has been Executive President of Shenzhen Guoxing Capital Co., Ltd. since September 2015 and Chairwoman of Bowen Acquisition Corp since February 2023. In 2017, she was a partner at Hunan Zhongsheng Hongcheng Investment Management Partnership (LP). She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Open University of China and an accounting diploma from Changsha University of Science & Technology.
Hongfei Zhang, age 61, is Chief Executive Officer. Since 2012, he has been managing partner of Knightsbridge Investment Group and co-founder of HEY Capital. He serves on the boards of several technology companies and is chairman of YoujiVest Technology. His previous roles include Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at Dexia Group (2002–2012), Vice President at Deutsche Bank (2001–2002), and Director at Nationwide Insurance Enterprise prior to 2001. He has held academic positions as a professor at Ball State University and the University of Texas at Austin and was a research fellow at Argonne National Laboratory. He holds a PhD in mathematics from Delft University of Technology and a B.S. in applied mathematics from Tsinghua University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Jing Lu, age 60, is Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience in financial services. She was CFO of Keyarch Acquisition Corporation from 2021 to 2024 and has been CFO of Bowen Acquisition Corp since July 2023. Her prior roles include Chief Investment Officer at New Hope Fertility Center (2019–2021), Managing Director and COO at China Bridge Capital International Inc. (2017–2019), and President of ACE AV Consulting Inc. (2005–2017). She worked at CIBC World Markets in 2001 and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 1998 to 2001. She has also been a professor of economics at York University. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from Western University, a Graduate Certificate in Economics from the People’s University in China, and a B.A. in World Economy from Fudan University.
Lawrence Leighton, age 90, is an Independent Director with approximately 50 years of experience as an international investment banker. He has worked with Pernod Ricard SA and Verizon Communications Inc. He has been Managing Director of Bentley Associates since 1997 and was President and CEO of UI USA in 1989.
