Riaan Hodgson, aged 56, has been Chief Operating Officer and Director since January 2024. He previously held similar roles at Ascendant Digital Acquisition Corp. III and Ascendant Digital Acquisition Corp. Hodgson is currently COO and CFO of JustWontDie Ltd and has been a director at Cambridge Venture Partners since 2015. His finance experience in technology includes positions at Marketwise, Ascendant Acquisition Corp, Beauty Labs International Ltd, Disruptional Ltd, and Jagex Game Studios.
David Gomberg, aged 53, has served as President and Director since January 2024. He previously served as President and Director of Ascendant Digital Acquisition Corp. III and Ascendant Digital Acquisition Corp. Gomberg was also Co-Founder of Beauty Labs International Ltd and Disruptional Ltd.
