She has been CEO and Chairman of Halo since June 2022, a director of LogProstyle, President of iSpecimen Inc. since February 2025, and Chief Financial Officer of Zequor, Inc. since September 2025. Her professional background includes leadership roles in the cannabis industry, strategy consulting, and positions at the Brookings Institution and Bain & Company. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Stanford University.
Gurcharn Deol, age 56, has been Chief Financial Officer since December 4, 2023. He has over 35 years of public company management experience and serves as a director of Green Battery Metals Corp, Trilogy AI Corp, and Bayridge Resources Corp. He has held CEO and director positions in various Canadian companies and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, and PhD in Physiological and Counseling Psychology.
Christopher Cooper, age 55, has been a director since April 2024. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate development, senior management, finance, and operations. He is president of Number 2 Capital Corp, co-founder and director of First Towers, and has held CEO and director roles at Reparo Energy Partners Corp., Sweet Earth Holdings Corp, Navco Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. He also serves as a director of several publicly traded companies.
