Edward A. Pesicka, age 58, has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Accendra Health since March 2019, when he also joined the Board of Directors. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Patient Direct from March 2023. He served as President and CEO of Byram Healthcare starting in 2009 and joined Byram Healthcare as Chief Operating Officer in 2006.
Heath Galloway, age 49, has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary since May 2023, having joined Accendra Health in February 2013. Since January 2026, he has overseen legal, government relations, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and human resources. Prior to joining Accendra Health, he was a partner at the Williams Mullen law firm and holds degrees from Washington & Lee University.
