The Trust's customers are hotel guests, and its markets are the hospitality sectors in Tucson and Albuquerque. The business faces risks including travel disruptions, labor shortages, cash flow challenges, pandemics, terrorist attacks, international conflicts, data breaches, regional economic downturns, and adverse weather conditions, all of which can significantly affect revenues and profits.
