The Bank operates primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa, with a total of twelve branches—seven in Oklahoma and two in Dallas/Fort Worth. It focuses on maintaining business relationships with commercial customers, particularly business owners and entrepreneurs. The Bank emphasizes cost discipline, operational efficiency, automation, and technology to improve customer service and profitability, while continuing to develop internet and mobile banking products.
