The Bank provides a range of financial services to customers seeking flexible and personalized banking typical of a community bank. Its offerings include specialized business and personal checking accounts, internet banking, online bill payment, lock box services, remote deposit capture, cash management, wire transfers, safety deposit boxes, courier services, retail investment services, and ACH originations. Deposit products consist of interest-bearing and noninterest-bearing checking accounts, money market deposit accounts (MMDAs), savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts (IRAs). Consumer programs include Essential Checking for rebuilding banking access, TrendSetters Club for customers aged 50 and older, and Cash Kids’ Club for children 12 and under.
Business deposit products include free and interest-bearing checking accounts, savings accounts, MMDAs, business mobile and online banking, treasury and cash management, merchant processing, lock box services, remote deposit capture, and night depository. Loan products cover commercial, consumer, and real estate loans. Commercial lending targets businesses and professionals with offerings such as commercial real estate mortgages, construction and development loans, working capital, and business expansion loans. The Bank offers a healthcare banking solution tailored to healthcare businesses and a minority lending program for women and minority business owners. Its government guaranteed and commercial lending divisions focus on quick turnaround, competitive rates, and streamlined application processes.
