Home Bancshares Inc's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers

The company previously operated its banking business from 62 locations in Texas. It is acquiring Mountain Commerce Bancorp, Inc. (MCBI) and its wholly owned subsidiary Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB), both based in Tennessee. As part of the merger, Mountain Commerce Bank will merge into Centennial Bank, with Centennial Bank as the surviving entity. The merger is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
