The Fund holds ether in cold storage wallets managed by the Ether Custodian, without specific limits on amounts or set percentages. The Ether Custodian stores private keys offline in secure locations in the United States and Europe, with limited employee access and no single individual having full access. The Trust has audit rights to verify the Fund's ether, including inspection of Coinbase Custody records and receipt of SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports from the Ether Custodian. Coinbase Global, Inc. maintains a commercial crime insurance policy covering client asset losses, which is shared among all Coinbase Insured customers and is not specific to the Fund or ether customers. Coinbase Entities may temporarily suspend Prime Broker Services in the event of a fork.
