Coinshares Bitcoin Etf's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers
The Trust's customers include Authorized Participants who create and redeem Shares. The Trust holds bitcoin and cash with Custodians and Bitcoin Trading Counterparties in Trading Accounts. Bitcoin Trading Counterparties hold bitcoin and cash on behalf of customers with similar entitlements, and the Trust's accounts represent omnibus claims on these holdings. The Sponsor allocates the Trust's bitcoin among Vault Accounts at Custodians based on factors such as safety, insurance, and fees. The Trust conducts bitcoin purchases and sales through transactions with unaffiliated third-party Bitcoin Trading Counterparties on an arm's-length basis. As of January 31, 2026, the approved Bitcoin Trading Counterparties are BitGo Prime LLC, Coinbase Inc., and Cumberland DR.
