Pam Transportation Services Inc's Comment on Supply Chain

Our truck fleet consists of 1,761 trucks, which includes 421 trucks leased under operating leases and 325 owner-operator trucks. Oour trailer fleet consists of 4,919 trailers, which includes 141 trailers leased under operating leases. Our company-owned trucks and leased trucks are late model, well-maintained, premium trucks, which we believe help to attract and retain drivers, maximize fuel efficiency, promote safe operations, minimize maintenance and repair costs, and improve customer service by minimizing service interruptions caused by breakdowns. We evaluate our equipment purchasing decisions based on factors such as initial cost, useful life, warranty terms, expected maintenance costs, fuel economy, driver comfort, customer needs, manufacturer support, and resale value.
