We sell our products across North America and Europe to a variety of customers,
including grocery stores, mass merchandisers, club stores, convenience stores,
and health food stores, as well as various away-from-home channels, including
restaurants and foodservice outlets. Our top ten customers together accounted
for 48.7% of our total net sales. Our largest customer is Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.,
which, including its subsidiaries such as Sam’s Club, accounted for 13.7%
of our total net sales for the year ended.
