The Professional segment consists entirely of the business acquired pursuant to Products Corporation's October 9, 2013 acquisition of The Colomer Group Participations, S.L., a Spanish company now known as Beautyge Participations, S.L. ("Colomer," the "Colomer Acquisition" and the "Colomer Acquisition Date," respectively) The Other segment includes the business acquired pursuant to the Company's April 2015 acquisition of the CBBeauty Group and certain of its related entities (collectively "CBB" and, such transaction, the "CBB Acquisition").
